1. Agreement

By using the Australian website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Current service

The AU service is a general educational website with a six-question reflection. Your questionnaire answers are not submitted or stored; to view your reflection you provide your name and email, which we store to display your reflection and send educational information. The service does not calculate a score, provide a screening outcome, diagnose a condition or recommend healthcare. The current website has no payment or subscription function.

3. Not a health service

GetClarityADHD is not a clinic and does not provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, referral or personal medical advice. In an emergency call 000; for crisis support call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or use its content to provide clinical or automated decision-making services.

5. Intellectual property

Except where third-party rights are identified, website design, text, branding and software are owned by or licensed to GetClarityADHD. The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale wording has its own identified rights holders.

6. Availability

We may change, restrict or withdraw functions for security, legal or operational reasons. The UK service remains unavailable.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
