1. The AU questionnaire

The six-question reflection runs in your browser. Your answers are used only to display your own selections back to you and are not stored in a database, scored, interpreted, or used to produce a diagnosis or screening result. We do not retain your questionnaire answers.

2. Name and email

To view your reflection you provide your name and email address. We store these details and use them to display your reflection and to send you related educational information. We do not store your questionnaire answers, scores or any health inference with them. Your name and email are held in our database and processed by service providers that may operate outside Australia. We collect this with your consent, do not sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting hi@getclarityadhd.com; we retain it until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

3. Website technical information

Cloudflare may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security signals. Questionnaire answers are never part of those requests.

Optional analytics, advertising pixels, marketing tags and checkout code are not loaded by the current AU website. The questionnaire security policy blocks network connections from the page.

4. Contacting us

If you email hi@getclarityadhd.com, we receive the address and information you choose to send. Please do not send health information unless necessary.

5. Historical records

Older versions operated stored-result, email and paid digital-delivery functions. New questionnaire answers are not added to those systems. Access to historical records is restricted while retention, deletion, accounting and legal obligations are reviewed.

6. Disclosure and overseas processing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, security, email support, professional advice or legal compliance, including outside Australia.

7. Security and data incidents

We use access restrictions, security headers and data minimisation intended to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected eligible data breaches are assessed under our response process and applicable requirements.

8. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Contact hi@getclarityadhd.com.
